Q.1) I purchased your video and now it’s not playing/ I purchased your video and it’s choppy and not working properly, can you fix?

A: I understand it is frustrating, but there is nothing I can do on my end. Most likely your internet connection (Wifi) is probably not strong enough and stopped working while downloading your video. I would suggest reconnecting or find an area that your Wifi is the strongest. Your internet browser may also lower the quality of your download. I strongly suggest downloading through Google Chrome (You can get it for your computer for free here: https://www.google.com/chrome/), Safari, or firefox.

Q.2) What country can buy and watch Kari Caldwell Studios videos?

A: All! All countries and currencies are accepted. My videos, however are in English.

Q.3) Where is my video? I just purchased from you and I can’t find it.

A: Check your email.

Q.4) You listed a product and I don’t know what it is and I don’t know where to find it to purchase, please help?

A: When I have a problem I always turn to google.com! So much free information and answers out there. If you don’t know what a product is or how to use it, do some research, you will get even more information than you would if you asked me. Painting is a lot like cooking. When using a recipe, if you don’t have the same brand of product listed but the same ingredient, you usually use it anyways to get the same cooking results. Don’t get caught up on exact products.  Find what you already have and make it work! Find the resources in stores in your area. You can do it.

Q.5) I need more direction and help when painting even though I watched your video a few times. Can you help me?

A: Unfortunately I don’t have all the time in the world to chat and guide you. However, if you want you can book a virtual consultation with me. We can Face time or Skype while you ask me questions. This is a paid hourly rate option, not free. I would also suggest look out for my virtual painting programs and sign up! I answer questions in a video every other week. I wish you the best.
